Frankly, I'm beyond the point where I would even care. Hollywood is as anti-American as it is uninspired, and we just have to expect that kind of sickening (indeed!) and misleading production from them - and nothing else.
However, what's true for Ridley Scott goes for de Palma as well: as an independent citizen and moviegoer, I blacklist the whole lot, pure and simple. Don't go, don't watch, you have the power.
Once, or if they eventually reach the same level as the French movie industry (utterly boring movies, that only appeal to those who make them - with public money, most of the time), we'll see how they bleed.
