The AP via Tim Blair tells us that the situation in Iraq is indeed turning into a tragedy.

And I'm rather inclined to believe it, although the message still has to be authenticated:
Purported Letter: Iraq Holy War in Danger
A leader of militants (DF: 'militants'. Sigh.) in Iraq has purportedly written to Osama bin Laden saying his fighters are being squeezed by U.S.-led coalition troops, according to a statement posted Monday on Islamic Web sites. (...)
"The space of movement is starting to get smaller," it said. "The grip is starting to be tightened on the holy warriors' necks and, with the spread of soldiers and police, the future is becoming frightening."
(By the way, make sure you don't miss Tim Blair's short yet hilarious comment)Frightening? Oh come on you pussy Ass-Zarqawi! What with these:
"On a tape claiming responsibility for the atrocities in Madrid, a man is heard to say, 'We choose death, while you choose life.'...
And these:
Chief Palestinian Authority cleric Mufti Sheikh Ikrimeh Sabri stated, "We tell them, in as much as you love life, the Muslim loves death and martyrdom.
So now that the Crusaders are bringing you free of charge and by the hundreds what you're supposedly worshipping, you're going to complain?

What's the trouble, Holy Warriors Militants of Allah-la-la? Could it be that once put to task and despite the great deal of posturing, threats and insults at the supposedly soft and weak West, you eventually reveal yourself as a bunch of pissy bitches?

Love death? Then stop crying and die.

Allahu Akbar, motherfucker.

Hey, where's all the stuff?

I am rebuilding the site from the ground up.

As of June 19, 2019, only basic blogging is implemented.

Features that were previously available—and a bunch of new ones—are still under (re)construction, and will be deployed gradually as soon as they are ready. That includes the site-wide search engine, the blogroll, membership registration and, well, more...

So all the stuff is coming back?

Yes, thank you for your patience.

Note that some of the legacy content (anything I published before the current redesign) may not display as expected—this will be addressed in the future.

It kinda irks me that these buggers turn around and cry when they get killed.  It was the same type of crying in the MEMRI translation.

“Now, I want you to remember that no bastard ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor dumb bastard die for his country.” Amen !

Well, of course they’re whining now.  They know their lick-spittle lackeys in the Western Media will amplify said whine.  It’s just jihad by other means, ya know - classic propaganda - undermine your enemy’s will to fight.  In a democracy that means hitting the voters, and the best way to do that in Touchy-Feelyville is to make them feel sorry for you.  I’m surprised I don’t see a commercial with a noble, flint-faced Arab looking down at an empty soda can in Kabul, crying one proud, silent tear.  “See?  They not only shoot us, but they litter out ancient streets with free-market, mass-produced brand-name trash!”
