As reported by Merde in France, the French press, from the left to the right woke up with a bad taste in the mouth. All those jolly old chaps of misinformation are so p*** this time, that it seems they can't control their compulsions anymore: Libération (left wingers of the worst kind) has "Bush and his eight mercenaries" on the front page (sorry guys, it's up to ten now) while Le Figaro (old fashion French style conservatives) goes as far as talking about a "coup" remote controlled from Washington, the declaration being "suggested" to Mr. Aznar by a US undercover agent named the Wall Street Journal.
As usual, France won't admit its error and is desperately looking for the slightest shred of an American led conspiracy.
Germany is doing great too. I mean "worse".
In abjection.
When, as reported by Libération, Mr. Elmar Brok, a German European representative qualifies the eight's declaration as "the parade of the enfoeffed", it sure casts a peculiar light on the French-German idea of Europe.
I just hope that from now on, the "enfoeffed" are going to keep on kicking the ass of France Sire and the German Liege anytime.
