And God, as well as the dissident frogman, knows how difficult it is to shock Merde in France.

As for me and on first thought, I must honestly confess I'm not exactly shocked:
France, cultural exception? Country of freedom? Balls! France, country of jealousy and fear, eaten away by an inferiority complex, little nation of little conformists! France, which waves its declaration of human rights like a magic charm, a Bové-esque monarchy, a cause for worrying with its good conscience wrapped in chauvinism!
On a second thought, I must honestly confess I'm simply yet utterly, well, how to put that...

Bubbly.

It's one thing to yell this kind of blatancy relentlessly in the dark world of the blogosphere when you're just an obscure and humble dissident frogman, and it's another to read it from a talented author who, in the buffoon paddock some use to call the French cultural elite, would more likely be clowning around to please the Prince instead of kicking him in the balls.

However, the Prince having no clothes, I guess it's hard to resist the temptation.

En ce qui me concerne et de prime abord, je dois honnêtement confesser ne pas être exactement outré :
France, exception culturelle? Pays de liberté? Mes choses! France, pays de jalousie et de trouille, rongée par le complexe d'infériorité, petite nation de petits conformismes! France, qui agite sa déclaration des droits de l'homme comme une amulette, monarchie bovésienne, consternante de bonne conscience tissue de chauvinisme!
Après réflexion, je dois honnêtement confesser que je suis simplement mais néanmoins totalement, bigre, comment dire ça...

C'est une chose de clamer sans répit ce genre d'évidences dans les ténèbres de la blogosphère lorsque vous n'êtes qu'un humble et obscur dissident frogman, et s'en est une autre de le lire d'un auteur talentueux qui, dans l'enclos à bouffons que certains nomment élite culturelle française, serait plus vraisemblablement enclin à faire le pitre pour plaire au Prince, que sujet à lui latter les burnes.

Quoi qu'il en soit, le Prince étant nu, j'imagine qu'il est difficile de résister à la tentation.

Good for him. Tell it like it is. But I must confess a certain dissappointment in the lack of comment on Oriana Fallaci's impending law suit , from yourself and Mr. Merde. Her attackers are subverting French law to silence critics of Allah with the tacit approval of the French Government. Closer and closer to Sharia in Frogistan. Why don't you give this lady her due in your forum? Here is a primer.

I commented briefly on the renewed Fallaci trial here and, rest assured, I will continue to do so as events unfold. Several recent posts have also touched on the MRAP, one of the plaintiffs in this new trial.

Comme quoi , il y a toujours quelqu'un d'eclairé dans toute cette vase gluante qui se targue d'être la plus intelligente du monde........ Ce grand personnage a decrit tout haut ce que le monde entier pense tres bas , mais le pense ...... sauf bien sur en France et surtout a Cancon...... En effet les propos tenus sont une verite tellement grande, que ceux qui la lissent en sont venus a se demander si par hassard on leur a pas volé l'idée........ ( ceux qui pensent comme lui ) Perso quand j'ai lu les mots , pondus par cette personne , j'ai eu comme une extase , enfin j'irais molto molto avec les superlatifs , puisque cela je le pensais deja .......................

If only … If only we could banish to another planet all those who think lowly of America and her values (namely Saddam Hussein, Bin Laden, Kim Jong Il and their apologists like Fred), what a wonderful world this earth would be. But that's impossible. And so we have not only to fight the evil wretches and but also to put up with the apologists who are always undermining us and who, failing as is inevitable, cover their ears amidst the erupting joyous cries of the liberated. My country is one of many in the Third World that are saved from communism by the US not too long ago and yet that are today full of people like Fred. Seems like France is fast joining this exclusive club, if not already.
