I know that it's off-topic, but hey... How About The Whacky Netherlanders!!! They will now only arrest you if you show up at the border with MORE than 3 kg of nose candy, take your cocaine, and send you home. (That clown sure learned his lesson, didn't he?)Presumably they do this because it's clogging up the judicial system. What they need to to is ARREST people, so that their film-canister-in-cavity-stuffing butt-buddies stop TRYING to smuggle!
