It's been a lot of years since I've been able to go hunting and bag my own, but a couple of months ago a friend of mine sent me some of his homemade venison Polish sausage. It was wonderful.
As for today, I'm with Lady C. This evening I'm sure I will need to sedate myself as well. Some Woodford's Reserve on ice should do the trick nicely.
