Old Sparky is still in service for the deserving here in many states.
However I understand that the French have retired their "National Razor" and certainly they'll ship a few to Iraq if M. Grapinet thinks there's a buck in it for France. Although our French pals were lopping off heads only as recently as 1981, France now tut-tuts the death penalty ... unless you happen to be in utero, innocent of every crime but a risky conception.
