I'm a Smelly Shooter as well and would have to say the one I have shoots very well.
.303 British will kick the crap out of your shoulder after a while.
I spent 5 hours in shooting 20 rounds through it last week and was asking myself if I really want to shoot it the last 3 rounds.
It's the only bolt action I have and after seeing Cartridge vs. Bullet I tried to catch the ejected brass but unfortunately it ejects forward not back. :(
