Then if that is the case, why highlighting specifically that aspect of the terror attack? Particularly considering that what defines terrorism acts is that they're intended to kill civilians blindly, without any kind of discrimination but a broadly defined target. I mean, fly a plane in a large tower in New York and you'll be sure to kill some (many) Americans. But you'll also kill some (many) people from many different ethnic backgrounds, nationality, social class and opinions. Terrorists don't care. In that respect, it's the ultimate crime against humanity and in my opinion, making a distinction based on ethnic criteria is not only irrelevant but also plain wrong. Wrong as it could be for somebody accustomed to think in terms of Third World Angelism v.s. the Evil West who's having a reality check.
