This is the newest1 version of the guestbook. The previous one, running on a different software, proved to be unreliable and prone to hackers attacks.
I couldn’t import the previous reader’s entries in this new one and am sorry for this. It just proves that, unlike allegedly looted Iraqi museum, the Internet is worthless when it comes to preserving relics of the past.
Anyway, please have a go at it. As this works on an open-posting basis, and trolls roam the cyberland freely, all submissions will be moderated before publication. Any display of Leftist lunacy, Islamic zealotry, French Frenchness and other insanities will have their authors anal-probed by top CIA experts in counter-trolling. Thanks for your attention.
LOL! For your own safety, don’t let the French know about your site or they may send out the great Inspector Jacques Clouseau to capture you.
Stay safe my friend.
Greetings! I used to visit the site a lot, but haven’t cause you don’t (didn’t) blog enough. I once said that the only Anglo French speakers in the world with any balls were the Cajun French (of which I am one)…however, you do seem to have a fair set! Also, I have heard the French Military has (had) disdain for it’s effette’ government. Will Sarkozy bring change? However, I met some French Military recently…nice guys.
Cheers.
Great blog. Thanks Ed Driscoll for the link.
I loved the video lesson on the “Boom Stick” (euphmisticly not using a harsh name such as rifle or weapon, one does not wish to offend our more progressive friends.)
Now if I can just learn to navigate around the site.
I have only found you a few days ago, thanks to a friend. I have been sharing this site with many others. I just loved your film on AFP’s false information. It was great.
I have a son in law from Belgium and I am hoping to share this site with him. He is beginning to understand his new country more, but may need some help. I was really surprised by the opinions and misinformation he had when he first came here. Sometimes he just didn’t seem to “get it”, but is understanding better now.
I am a born American, from generationis of such, but have so much respect for those who come here and CHOSE to be Americans. Glad you are on our side. Look forward to more of your humor and common sense.
Your entry will be held for review before publication and may be rejected. Understand that I moderate as time permits, so publication will be delayed for a random thus unpredictable amount of time: between seconds to hours—or even days at worst.
Persona
An email address is required, but will not be published.
You cannot set your own avatar, name and location: generic versions of these will be published with your comment.
Posting
Your comment cannot exceed 300 characters.
You can only write plain text. To create paragraphs, press Enter twice (while the textbox has the focus, otherwise pressing Enter will post the comment)
All HTML tags will be stripped upon posting your comment, as will anything that even remotely looks like a URL.
Hey now! The tags stripping & links munching little helpers (let's call them Muncher and Stripper and not mind how wrong that sounds) are ferocious. I bred them that way. If you receive a nasty validation error or half your comment vanishes, something has triggered them, and they answer with full aggression, not 'micro' ones. Try and reformulate your text to appease them (for instance, beware of copy/pasting from Word or another web page). Use the preview to confirm you pass by Muncher and Stripper unmolested (now that didn't sound any better)
Stripper (oh dear, oh dear) will put a ✂ in place of anything that looks like a link—and he has about half the subtlety of a bombing raid over Dresden. (but makes for it with twice the hostility) Do.use.the.preview, even if you don't think you've inserted a link, for he may disagree and he's not open to negotiation.
You cannot edit your entry once submitted. Use the preview before posting. Really.
