I hate the Internet

The Tripod account that was hosting my "Stop the Axis of Weasels" wallpapers and the downloadable archives of "The Price of their Peace" Flash clip - among other things - reached its daily bandwidth limit yesterday night (French time). Although I did set two mirrors for the clip, as soon as I noticed Tripod went down, I believe the download link was broken for some time before I could fix it.
I'm sorry for the people who couldn't get it. It should work now.

Looks like this humble animation of mine is talking to a lot of people around.

Also, I understand my mail account has been silently (as far as I can tell) dropping incoming messages, even before they reach my inbox. I hate when it happens.
If you emailed me since yesterday and are still waiting for an answer, say... tomorrow, I hope you'll be so kind to forward your original mail to this Hotmail account I just subscribed:

Sorry. There's been a tremendous augmentation of visits which caught me by surprise. See the numbers below.

Anyway, I will definitely take care of the situation in the coming weeks. It's time to take sides and now it looks like it's also time to get serious with this.

It keeps breeding

The Price of their Peace movie clip keeps spreading around, thank you. It's in Finland on Solmyr's Miscellany, is on top at NoDivision.com as well as Shots Across The Bow, East Tennessee. It's been posted at A Small Victory, and I'd say that's somehow a big one for me, reported by Malthusiast at Thimbleful of Torns with a pertinent conclusion, and also at the Blue Goldfish Cafe, Halcyon Media, Gigglechick, by Rita at Res Ipsa Loquitur, rightly by Michael at I Am Always Right, Flynn at The Coktail Sermons, the Chicago Boyz, and The Inscrutable American. It was also - and this is going to make my day - reported at Little Green Footballs yesterday which gives me a better understanding of the sudden increase of visits last night.

Last but certainly not least, it was one of the very few things jkrank at Sofia Sideshow took the time to jot down before going back to his Bulgarian Heaven where he and John Rhys-Davies are most certainly having a hell of a time, surrounded by gorgeous and sharp minded young women.

I hate him.

I will join the Axis of Weasels if he doesn't hear my plea: come back and post more!

Je hais Internet

Le compte Tripod qui hébergeait mes fonds d'écran "Stop the Axis of Weasels" et les versions téléchargeable du clip Flash "Le Prix de leur Paix" - entre autres choses - a atteint la limite de son quota de bande passante journalière la nuit dernière (heure française). Malgré la mise en place des sites miroir pour le clip, dès que j'ai eu connaissance de la coupure sur Tripod, je crois que le lien était déjà défectueux depuis pas mal de temps avant que je ne m'en occupe.
Désolé pour ceux qui n'ont pas pu le récupérer. Ca doit fonctionner maintenant.

J'ai l'impression que ma modeste animation est assez parlante pour pas mal de monde.

De plus, je viens de m'apercevoir que mon compte mail a silencieusement (pour autant que je puisse en juger) passé les messages entrants à la trappe, avant même qu'ils n'atteignent ma boite de réception. Si vous m'avez écrit depuis hier et attendez encore une réponse... disons demain, j'espère que vous aurez la bonté de renvoyer votre message d'origine sur le compte Hotmail suivant, que je viens juste d'ouvrir :

Désolé. Il y a eu une soudaine augmentation des visites qui m'a pris totalement au dépourvu. Voyez les chiffres ci-dessous.

Quoi qu'il en soit, je vais régler cette question dans les semaines qui viennent. J'ai comme l'impression qu'il est temps d'être sérieux avec cette affaire.

Il a été vu ou mentionné en Finlande sur Solmyr's Miscellany, est en haut de page sur NoDivision.com ainsi que Shots Across The Bow, East Tennessee. Enfin et ce n'est pas l'un des moindres, cela a été l'une des rares choses que jkrank à Sofia Sideshow a pris le temps de noter avant de replonger dans son Paradis Bulgare où lui et John Rhys-Davies font probablement une bringue d'enfer entourés de splendides et incisives jeunes femmes.
